In September 2021, a mysterious black sarcophagus was discovered in Alexandria, Egypt. The sarcophagus is made of granite and is 8.5 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 6 feet tall. It is still sealed, and its contents are unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sarcophagus was found during an excavation at the site of an ancient Roman cemetery. The excavation was being carried out by a team of archaeologists from the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sarcophagus is made of a type of granite that is not found in Egypt. This has led some to believe that the sarcophagus may have been imported from another country, such as Ethiopia or Sudan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
